Vinification: Fermentation on the skins for 24 hours in T-shaped steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Natural malolactic fermentation. Battonage in steel tanks for 4 months. Contains minimal
amounts of sulphites produced by the natural activity of the yeasts.

Maturation: 4 months
Ageing: 1 month in bottle

Colour: straw yellow, more or less intense
Aroma: hints of yellow peach and herbs
Taste: dry, with a nice freshness and sapidity, intense

Alcohol content: 13.5- 14 % Vol
Serving temperature: 13/ 14 °C
Recommended pairings: Ideal with fish and vegetable dishes. Also excellent with white meats.

The total amount of sulphites produced naturally by indigenous yeasts during fermentation in this wine is less than 9mg/l.
