Albenga artichok

In the fertile soils of the Albenga Plain, as per tradition and for several generations, we have been growing the renowned Albenga spiny artichoke. A quality product that we mainly sell on the platforms of Genoa, Turin, Milan and in large-scale retail outlets, guaranteeing daily freshness.
The entire supply chain is controlled, from cultivation to cutting and packaging.
Each individual artichoke is harvested from January to the end of April, at the optimal time to guarantee the crunchiness and sweetness typical of this artichoke.
We offer various types of packaging, from wooden crates to flow packs, thanks to our new 4.0 packaging line.

The artichoke is a plant that does not overexploit the soil and, in fact, leaves it well structured, as it has a root system that is highly developed in length. For this reason, as part of crop rotation, our farm uses it to improve different types of soil and to control overly invasive weeds.
