Further information
The Taggiasca olive is a cultivar typical of western Liguria, particularly the Imperia area, where it expresses all its character, making it one of the most renowned and appreciated varieties in the world. Fruity and sweet with an almond aftertaste, Taggiasco oil is ideal for dishes where you want to enhance the quality of the raw ingredients, a flavourful but not invasive oil.
