Taste: elegant, delicate, savoury and with soft tannins
Alcohol content: 13,5 % Vol
Serving temperature: 13° C
Recommended pairings: vegetarian dishes, stewed
fish (stockfish), rabbit with Taggiasca olives, white meats.
Same variety as Rossese di Dolceacqua, but grown
on the terraces of the Albenga hinterland.
